About
Kia Ora- I'm a zoologist, conservationist and photographer, based in New Zealand.

These photo albums (below) are largely based on the wildlife work I do and the places I travel too. I hope you enjoy having a look at these photos.

You should notice that I like to take photographs of crocodiles :)

@Khartford "Good photographers are people that take pictures of the wild and are willing to deal with the scarier things that will kill us, those who found this site are lucky to find someone talented, passionate and crazy enough to make it art."

Thanks for those kind words :) (I think, not sure about the crazy :D)
I'm pleased I can share some of what I see and where I go with others.

@ Sabrina Settle

I think it's the usual mix of hard-work, opportunity, luck and sacrifice :) A high tolerance for personal discomfort also helps. If you're the sort of person who baulks say, at having to shake cockroaches out of your bedding in some jungle-area, it's probably not going to appeal :)

Wow. Beautiful photography work. I always wonder how people come to have such fabulous careers. I guess your talent helped steer this choice. Enjoy and thanks for sharing your work.
