My wildlife photography is an adjunct to the conservation work I do. I've had a long interest in the less charismatic creatures. You'll probably find a lot more crocodile or spider photos here as a result!


Since early 2007 I've also been involved in the conservation of tigers.

Thanks for the comment Bhanu - I wish tigers were a lot easier to save. I think the more you understand the problem, the less idea you have of how to overcome the threats.

The sad thing is in early 2007 we though India had 4000 tigers alone (with perhaps another in all other countries). 6 months later India alone had dropped to 1400 tigers. And there are few places where numbers look stable.
